By using ZIRI you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who you are contracting with
ZIRI AI is provided by ZIRI AI Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, with its place of business in Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. "ZIRI", "we" and "us" below mean ZIRI AI Ltd.
The service
ZIRI is an AI assistant provided on an "as is" basis. Replies are generated by ZIRI's own models. Availability is not guaranteed and features may change or be withdrawn.
Where ZIRI is available
ZIRI AI is not available in South Korea, and does not serve Korean-language users. Korean is not a supported language: ZIRI neither reads nor writes it, and a message written in Korean is declined rather than answered. Access from South Korea is not provided. This is a standing limit of the service, not a fault, and attempting to work around it is a breach of these terms.
What it costs
Nothing, at present. ZIRI 2 Fast and ZIRI Pro are free, and ZIRI Plus — which unlocks ZIRI Ultra and ZIRI Verse — is free for all users at the moment. On ziriai.top, Plus is not something you buy but something you sign in for: an account unlocks ZIRI Ultra and ZIRI Verse at no charge. There is no subscription to buy and no card to enter. Paid plans may be introduced later; if they are, the terms and the price will be shown before anything is charged, and nothing you already have will start costing money without notice.
Accuracy
ZIRI generates text statistically and can be wrong, including confidently wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Verify anything that matters against a primary source. You are responsible for how you use its output.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZIRI to break the law, to generate content that harms or harasses others, to produce malware, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits and access controls. Automated scraping or resale of access is not permitted.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the text you submit. You grant ZIRI the limited right to process it in order to produce a reply. Do not submit other people's confidential information.
Accounts and payment
You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping its password to yourself. An account is optional — ZIRI 2 Fast and ZIRI Pro are fully usable signed out — but it is what opens ZIRI Ultra and ZIRI Verse, and what keeps your history in sync. If paid plans are introduced, a subscription will renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from settings, effective at the end of the period already paid for.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIRI AI Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you use ZIRI as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Termination
Access may be suspended for breach of these terms. You may stop using ZIRI at any time.
